PRICING

*pricing for apartment "Family"

* The price is for one night per room and includes tourist tax, insurance and VAT. Our guests have 20% discount for breakfast at the restaurant between 08:00 and 10:00. Free use of the pool, lounges and parasol at the pool and wireless internet. The parking of the complex is with restricted access and it is used free of charge from all our guests. The company is not responsible for missing and damaged items and movable property!
* A child up to 6 years old stays free of charge using the extra bed.
* For a child from 6 to 10 years additional payment apply - 15 BGN per night for extra bed in double room.
* Check-in – after 2 p.m. and before that, if possible.
* Check-out – rooms and apartments have to be vacated by 11:30 a.m. If guests do not check-out on time, they will be charged a fee - BGN 100.
* Please leave the key at the reception desk.
* No pets allowed.

Booking conditions
* Upon confirmation of the reservation, an advance of 30% of the total cost is payable.
* The reservation due balance is payable either by bank transfer or at Reception desk on arrival.

Cancellation policy – deadlines and penalties
* If the reservation is cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, no penalty will apply. The prepaid sum is reimbursed.
* If the reservation is cancelled between the fourteenth day of the reservation and the check-in date – a penalty of the prepaid sum is invoiced.
* In case of no show (No show) a penalty of the advanced payment is due and the reservation is cancelled.
* In case of early termination of the stay, the amounts paid are not refundable and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled!
